Beef & Mushroom Meatballs is a quick and easy recipe my mum used to make for us kids when we were growing up. It doesn’t have any bad fats or extra unnecessary sugar or calories and it is super yummy. Some people (and by some I mean me) do not really care for mushrooms but they have a lot of very essential nutrients. This recipe is a great way to incorporate mushrooms by also disguising the taste for picky eaters.
I recommend using my quick and easy pasta sauce recipe that can be made ahead of time and serve the beef & mushroom meatballs with some cooked vermicelli noodles or spaghetti squash. Bon appetite!
